    10 ounces of chicken (2 large breats)
    1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
    10 spears asparagus
    1 tbsp extra light olive oil
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
    2 ounces provolone cheese


Heat the olive oil in a pan.

Mix the garlic powder with the panko crumbs.

Beat the egg, and put in a wide bowl.

Coat the chicken in the beaten egg, then coat with the panko crumbs.

Brown chicken on both sides.

Add 5 spears of asparagus per chicken breast, then top with 1 oz provolone on each breast.

Add chicken broth to the bottom of the pan, then cover.

Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
