    1 c. strong brewed coffee
    1/4 c. molasses
    6 fresh thyme sprigs
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 garlic cloves (minced)
    1/2 tsp. EACH salt, lemon-pepper seasoning, ground ginger
    4 pork loin chops


In large bowl, combine first 9 ingredients. Pour 1/2 c. marinade in large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Refrigerate remaining mixture until ready to cook.

For glaze, place remaining misture in small saucepan. Bring to boil; cook until liquid is reduced to about 1/2 c.

Drain and discard marinade. Grill prok chops covered, over medium heat, or broil 4" from heat for 4-5 minutes each side. Spoon glaze over pork chops.
