Number of Servings: 12


    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 3.5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Oats, .75 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)


Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Mix liquid ingredients in another bowl.
Add liquid to dry stir only until combined. Batter will be lumpy.
Grease or line with paper liners muffin pan.
Fill 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 for 18-20minutes
