Introduction

This is a recipe I found on the Kraft website and it sounded good enough to try and share. Hope you like. This is a recipe I found on the Kraft website and it sounded good enough to try and share. Hope you like.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tsp dried oregano leaves
    2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can (14.5oz) Italian style diced tomatoes, drained
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup sliced stuffed green olives

Directions

1. Cook rice as directed on package
2. Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
3. Add chicken, onions and oregano; cook 6 mins or until chicken is lightly browned on both sides and onions are crisp-tender, turning chicken after 3 mins. Add tomatoes and garlic; stir gently.
4. Cook 4-6 mins or until chicken is done, turning chicken after 3 mins. Stir in olives
5. Spoon rice onto platter; top with chicken and sauce.

Serving Size: Serves 4
