Ingredients

    3 potatoes raw and diced
    1 medium white onion
    1 red bell pepper
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

dice potatoes, onions, red bell peppers put aside.
heat vegetable oil and chicken broth together in a deep sided skillet.
Place diced vegetables in chicken broth and oil mixture and sautee until potatoes are soft and onions are transparent.
