    1/2 cup (2 oz) pecans; chopped finely
    1/4 cup shredded coconut
    1/4 tsp each salt, pepper, and cayenne
    16oz super firm tofu


Preheat oven to 350.

Toss together all ingredients. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, turning once.

    I'm trying it tonight for the first time, so I'll let you know. However it's in the plastic bag right now and I can see there will be some overspill. Perhaps if I got my hands in there and squeezed it might turn out a bit better!
