Ingredients

    rice
    barley
    chicken broth
    olives
    salsa
    parmesan cheese
    garlic
    tumeric
    parsley

Directions

cook rice and barley using 1/2 water and 1/2 chicken broth with the tumeric and garlic added. Meanwhile dice up the olives and parsley. When grains are done add rest of ingredients, stir and serve. May add beans, chicken or pork for a nice one dish meal.
