Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium corn tortilla
    1 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream
    1 oz medium shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup salsa
    1/2 avocado
    1/2 cup black beans
    1 cup torn red leaf lettuce

Directions

1. Slice tortilla into 8 triangle shapes and bake in a 400 degree ferenheit oven about 7 minutes or until lightly crisp.

2. Combine sour cream, cheddar cheese, salsa, avocado and black beans.

3. Make a "bed" of lettuce on plate and top with black bean mixture. Top with tortilla chips and serve. Enjoy!
