    4 chicken breasts - Grilled or baked
    1.5 cups of cabbage, chopped
    1 large carrot
    .5 of a medium onion
    2-3 celery stalks
    1 15-oz spicy diced tomatoes
    1 box fat free low sodium chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste


Place all ingrewdients in a pot except for the chicken and simmer on medioum-low for about an hour or until vegetables are soft. Add chicken and heat through.

Serving Size: Makes four 2 cup servings
