    2 lb ground turkey or ground round
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1Tablespoon minced garlic
    1/2 to 3/4 pkg Williams Tex-Mex Chili Seasoning
    3 large cans Williams Mild Chili Beans
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    Shredded Cheese - to taste
    Sour Cream - to taste
    Fritos - optional


1. Cook ground turkey, onion and garlic in a large saucepan, over medium-high heat, until meat is brown. Drain.
2. Put cans of chili beans in crock pot. Then add crushed tomatoes. Stir together.
3. Add meat and stir in 1/2 packet of seasoning.
4. Simmer 1 hour, then taste test and add more seasoning, if needed.
5. To serve, put chili in bowl and top with heaping tablespoon of sour cream and handful of cheese. Stir and enjoy.
