    12 oz ricotta cheese
    1 small banana, mashed
    1/2 c water
    1/8 c powdered sweetener, or to taste
    2 large eggs
    1/4 t ground nutmeg
    1/2 t or more cinnamon
    2 T jam or jelly


Mix all ingredients w/mixer for about 3 minutes. Pour into two small oiled souffle dishes or four large custard cups. Place on baking sheet and bake until firm, more or less 30 minutes in medium oven. While still warm, spread two TB any jam on top. Let cool, then refrigerate.
