Ingredients

    1 med head iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1 med green pepper,chopped
    1 med onion, chopped
    10 oz frozen peas
    1 cup shredded cheddar
    1 cup mayo
    1 Tbsp Sugar
    4 Tbsp Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon

Directions

Cook bacon, set aside. Layer lettuce, pepper, onion, and peas. Spread mayo over layers and sprinkle with sugar. Crisp bacon in pan. Cover with cheese and bacon. Refrigerate 2 hrs to let flavors meld. Toss (if desired) before serving.
