    2 cartons chicken broth
    3 cups chopped broccoli
    1 pouch dry onion soup mix
    1 cup milk
    16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed


1. Pour chicken broth into large soup pot. Add chopped broccoli and onion soup mix. Bring to almost boiling and cook for 10 minutes until broccoli is soft.
2. Turn down heat to low. Add milk and stir well.
3. Slowly add Velvetta cheese, a cup at a time, and stir constanly. Continue until all cheese is added. Add additional milk, if necessary, to prevent curdling.
