    Crisco Butter Flavor Vegtable Shortening Sticks 9.75 Tbsp.

    Granulated Sugar, 1.33 cup

    Egg, fresh, 4 large

    *lour, white, 3.5 cup

    Baking Powder, 5.5 tsp

    Salt, 1 tsp

    Banana, fresh, 6 medium -mashed


Beat shortening until creamy. Gradually add sugar and beaten eggs. Beat until pale and yellow in color.

I separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Mix.

Alternate gradually adding bananas and dry ingredients into the shortening/egg/sugar mixture.

Grease 3 loaf pans and divide the batter between the 3.

Preheat to 350 degrees

Bake in a metal pan 40-45 minutes.
Bake in a glass pan 45-50 minutes
If you prefer muffins, bake 25 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 3 loaves, cut into 8 slices each: 1 slice per serving
