    2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
    2 cups powdered sugar
    30 ounces of canned pumpkin
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground ginger


Cream together the sugar and cream cheese. Then add the other ingredients and beat till creamy. Makes about 92 1 tbsp servings.
This is great served with ginger snaps as an appetizer or on a buffet.
