Number of Servings: 11
Ingredients

16 oz mushrooms
6 cloves garlic
2/3 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup grated parmesan
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Spray griddle with a no calorie spray ( I use pam) and heat griddle to 375 degrees
Mix mushrooms and garlic in the food processor for only a few seconds.
Transfer mixture into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Refridgerate for 15 minutes.
Form into small patties using a quater measuring cup and cook on a griddle. Cook on each side for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with all your favorite burger toppings!
