    1 pkg ww rotelle/rotini pasta
    4 oz cream cheese, ff
    1 onion, diced
    1 tbs worshtershire sauce
    1 tsp splenda
    red pepper flakes
    2 cans tomato sauce, condensed
    1 pound 93% lean ground beef
    1 tbs olive oil


Brown meat in oil, add onions, garlic, red pepper flakes and worshtershire sauce. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
Once meat is browned, add tomato soup and cream cheese until melted. Combine in cassarole dish, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
