Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground pork. lean
    1 C chopped celery
    1/8 C shredded parmesean
    1/2 C uncooked quinoa
    1 t beef bouillion
    1 C water

Directions

Cook the ground pork and celery together in a nonstick skillet. Add the parmesean when done. While this is all cooking, cook your quinoa. Add 1/2 C uncooked quinoa to 1 C water and 1 t beef bouillion granules. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix the pork mixture into the cooked quinoa and serve.
Yummo.
