Ingredients

    1/2 cup quick cooking grits
    1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese Low Fat shredded
    1 TBSP I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Original Cheese
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    Salt to taste

Directions

In medium pot, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add grits, garlic powder, and salt. Stir well. Reduce heat to lowest setting. Stirring occasionally, cook until water has been absorbed, about 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese, butter and cheese wedge, breaking cheese wedge into pieces as you add it. Cover and set aside until ready to serve.
