    Italian Seasoning
    3 cloves garlic
    1 package frozen broccoli
    1 lb chicken breast
    4 oz. white wine


chop garlic, saute in olive oil
dice chicken into bite size pieces
add chicken to garlic and olive oil, cook on all sides (stirring about 10 minutes)
add broccoli and wine
chop tomatoes, add to mixture. Heat through thoroughly

    This looks like a great recipe but how many tomatoes are you supposed to use? Not a lot of detailing here... - 5/12/11

    I'm sorry, I didn't realize the recipe was available to others! I typically use two large tomatoes. You could also use a can of no-salt added diced tomatoes.
