Introduction

I use organic ingredients from butter to organic gluten free flour. This is wonderfully chocolaty brownie. I use organic ingredients from butter to organic gluten free flour. This is wonderfully chocolaty brownie.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 fresh organic Eggs
    1/2 cup organic Butter, salted
    2 envelopes Nestle's Choco Bake softened or 2 squares of Baking chocolate, melted
    1 tsp pure Vanilla Extract
    2/3 cup Gluten Free Bread Mix
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/3 cup chopped Walnuts (Optional)

Directions

Cream sugar, butter, vanilla, chocolate and eggs well. Add dry ingredients and walnuts. Mix well.
Spread in greased 6" x 10" glass baking dish.
Bake at 340 degrees 30 minutes. You must check to make sure the middle of the pan is done. Do this by making sure it does not appear runny.
