    2.33 c mashed bananas
    2 c bread flour
    2 eggs
    3/4 c baking splenda
    1/2 c butter
    1 tbs baking soda


Mash bananas, add eggs, mix; add melted butter mix, add splenda, mix; add baking soda and flour mix. Pour into a bread loaf pan and bake for about one hour or until a toothpick comes clean at 350 degrees
