Introduction

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
    Ground Pork, 8 oz
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/2 cup
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1/4 cup
    Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 3/4 cup, chopped
    Salt, 3/4 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Milk, 2%, 3 tbsp
    Hunts seasoned tomato sauce for meatloaf, 1 can

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F. Coat 8 muffin cups with cooking spray.
Mix beef, pork, turkey, egg, oats, parsley, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, milk, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Form the mixture into 8 balls and place in the prepared muffin cups. Spread remaining sauce about 1/2 teaspoon or more over each mini meatloaf.
Place the muffin pan on a baking sheet. Bake the meatloaves until their internal temperature reaches 160F, 25 to 30 minutes. Pour off fat before serving.
