Ingredients

    2 cups cooked millet grain
    1 cup cooked quinoa grain
    1/4 cup chopped parsley
    5 red potatoes, cooked to tender, then grated
    2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1/2 cup yeast flakes
    1/8 cup olive oil

Directions

cook millet and quinoa, allow to cool. Measure out amounts into bowl, add in potato and onion, grated. add in soy, parsley and mix, add yeast flakes.
press into sprayed pan
pour olive oil over top to cover, spray with olive oil spray

-bake at 450 for about 30 minutes or until done.

Serving Size: make 12 squares in a 9" square baking dish
