Ingredients

    4.5 cups whole grain oatmeal
    4 oz Walnuts Chopped
    1/2 cup chopped dates

Directions

Mix all together and cook over the stove top until the oatmeal is soft and ready to eat! Top with maple syrup if desired (serving size is approximately 3/4 cup worth.
