Ingredients

    1 package Turkey Italian Sausage links, cooked
    2.5 cup ww cheese tortillini (9 oz package)
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 chopped onion
    6 carrots, chopped
    4 medium zucchini, sliced
    4 cups low-sodium V8 juice
    2 cup low/no sodium chicken broth
    2 Tbsp pickapeppa
    4 tsp basil
    2 tsp oregano
    2 pints/cans tomatoes
    1 Tbsp sugar

Directions

Broil Italian sausage. Slice. Saute garlic, carrots, onion about 5 minutes. Add juice, broth, tomatoes, and spices. Simmer 15 minutes. Add tortellini and zucchini and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is done. Stir in sliced sausage.

Makes 16 cups; two meals

each serving 2 cups
