Pico with a twist! Pico with a twist!

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 5 large whole (3" dia)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup, sliced
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 1 fl oz
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse

Directions

Chop all the ingredients except the lime and avacado into small pieces. Add the seasonings. Add the juice of your lime and avacado at the very end. Toss and enjoy with chips, tortillas, on top of seafood, tofu etc.
