    blackeyed peas (3 cans)
    yams (1)
    plantains (3 fingers)
    onions (1 cup)
    dry shrimp (1/2) cup
    water 2 cups
    palm oil (3 tbsp)


Combine all ingriedients in pot of boiling water and boil for 30-40 mins until yam and plantain are soft. Serve warm.
