    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .66 cup (remove)
    * Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, .33 cup, dry, yields (remove)
    * Applesauce, sweetened, .125 cup (remove)
    * Buttermilk, lowfat, .33 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .45 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked (remove)
    * Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp (remove)


Melt butter, combine with all liquid ingredients. Add sugar, combine. Combine dry ingredients (except cocoa), add to wet, mix just until moistened. Pour half another bowl. Pour 2/3 of this in greased 9 x 5 in loaf pan. Combine remaining half of banana batter with cocoa powder, pour on top of plain in loaf pan. Pour remaining plain batter on top of that. Bake at 350 for 55-70 min.
