Number of Servings: 6


    2 cups of wheat germ
    2 tbsp of basil
    2 tbsp of garlic powder
    1 tsp of salt


Mix ingredients together either in a flat dish, or in a plastic bag. Take pieces of pork chop or chicken individually and dip in coating. Bake at 370 for one hour or until meat is cooked all the way through.

This is a lot healthier than regular breading, and my husband (who HATES healthy food) loves it!!!
