    Semisweet chocolate, 4 oz
    *Margarine, soft, 0.25 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Cornstarch, 0.1 cup
    Salt, 0.2 tsp
    Milk, canned, evaporated, 1 can (13 oz)
    Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded
    Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
    Semisweet chocolate, 0.5 cup large chips
    Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"
    Pie crust, graham cracker, 1 pie shell (9" dia)


Mix dry sugar, salt, cornstarch. Add milk & eggs. Melt chocolate and margarine. Add to mix. Pour into 2 pie crusts (graham cracker or regular pie crust). Top with coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
