Ingredients

4 tsp yeast
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat white or whole wheat pastry flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup rye flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup quick oats
1/8 cup oat bran
1/8 cup buckwheat flour (substitute wheat germ)
1/8 cup flaxseed milled
1/8 cup wheat bran
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup warm skim milk (substitute water)
1/8 cup molasses
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Put all ingredients into a bread macchine as listed, or mix and knead by hand. In bread macchine, put on manual white bread setting.
Let rise one hour or until double in size in warm place or in bread macchine.
Remove from bread macchine, or bowl, and punch down and put into greased 1 1/2 lb breadloaf pan and cover lightly with greased waxed paper and towel.
Let rise another 30-40 minutes until double in size.
Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees until golden brown, about 30-40 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Store in airtight container for about 5 days, or in refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
Variation for cinnamon raisin bread, add 2 tsp cinnamon and 2/3 cup raisins.
