Ingredients
-
4 chicken breasts, 4 cups diced potatoes, 1 jar simply enjoy marinara sauce or your favorite marinara sauce, 2 packages frozen spinach, curry powder or garam marsala to taste( 2tsp-2 tbs)
1.cook chicken breasts by baking, grilling, or poaching and cut into bite size pieces.
2.cook diced potates until tender (I use the same water that I cooked the chicken in)
3.cook frozen spinach (I use the kind that comes in a boil-in bag and add the bags to the potatoes) and squeeze out extra water.
4. Combine chicken, potatoes, spinach and marinara sauce. Add curry powder or garam marsala to taste. Add salt and pepper to taste, heat and serve.
