    1 pkg Morningstar grillers burger crumbles
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 oz mushrooms, sliced
    28 ounces canned diced tomatoes (not stewed)
    2 oz. 2% Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1.5 oz Grated Parmesan cheese
    1 cup skim milk
    2 Eggs
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 cup white whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. Basil
    1 tsp. Oregano Grated Parmesan cheese


brown onion and mushrooms in pan. add basil and oregano. stir in undrained large can of tomatoes and crumbles. heat through. Spread in 9x13 pan. sprinkle with cheeses. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes.

Cut into 12 servings.
