    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp cumin
    320 grams chicken, cooked and shredded
    112 grams salsa
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets


Add everything to crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve over rice (if you're in Phase 4).
