    1 C all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash salt
    3 T salted butter, chilled
    1/2 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary
    1 1/2 oz. shredded cheddar
    6 fl. oz. 2 % milk


Heat oven to 400 F.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Add chilled butter and cut into flour until pieces are no bigger than grains of rice. Add the rosemary and the cheddar.

Stir in milk with a fork to form a soft ball. Divide into 5 pieces, flatten slightly and place on ungreased baking pan. Bake 12-15 minutes or until brown.
