    1 box spice cake mix
    1 1/2 cups grated carrot
    2 eggs
    1 12 oz can diet soda
    1 container cream cheese frosting


Combine all but frosting in a mixing bowl, mix just until all is incorporated. Bake as per instruction on mix box. Let cool. when cool, frost with cream cheese frosting and cut into 24 pieces (this works best in a 9x13 pan). enjoy
