    2 Jalapeno Chicken Sausages diced
    2 Chayotes diced
    2 Potatoes diced
    1 Large Red Pepper diced
    1 Small Orange Pepper diced
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp olive oil
    seasonings to taste


Preaheat oven to 350. Put all veggies in pan, spread with olive oil, garlic, seasonings (i use cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion poweder, and ground cilantro). Bake at for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in chicken sausage and continue to bake for 20 minutes. Potatoes should be very soft.
