Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 2 TBSP
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Raw Cashews, 0.5 cup
    Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cup, dry, yields (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Water, tap, 3 cup

Directions

Combine in Blender until smooth and frothy. Let sit for 10-20 minutes in fridge. Use a regular waffle maker (not Belgium) and cook for 7-8 minutes or until done in the center.
