    2 (6 oz each) Gold n Plump all natural boneless skinless split chicken breast
    4 oz Fat Free Ricotta cheese
    1/3 cup Crumbled Goat Cheese (Chevre)
    1 tsp Parsley, dried
    1 TBSP Finely Chopped Ggreen Onions
    1/2 cup Light Ragu Tomato and Basil
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1/4 tsp Oregano
    1/2 tsp Alessi Roasted Garlic puree
    1/8 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper


Preheat oven to 350d
Lightly spray a glass baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
In one small bowl, combine all of the stuffing ingredients (Ricotta, goat cheese, parsley, green onion).
In another small bowl, combine all of the sauce ingredients (Ragu, Italian seasoning, oregano, garlic, black pepper).
Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound to thickness.
Divide the stuffing mixture evenly among the chicken breasts and roll up, securing with toothpicks.
Place seam side down in baking dish and pour sauce over chicken.
Cover baking dish with foil and bake 40-45 minutes or until cooked through.
