This is a variation on some things I've done before but reconfigured to change things up a bit. This is a variation on some things I've done before but reconfigured to change things up a bit.
Number of Servings: 6


    * Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, 1 lb
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
    * Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)
    * Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
    * Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    * Beans, black, 1 cup
    * Beans, white, 1 cup
    * Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup


Start the pork in the morning. Place the pork in a 1 lb. ziplock bag, add the Italian Seasoning Mix, oil, and bread crumbs. Close bag, shake well until mixed/coated. Place in crock pot, add water around the pork - not on top. Set pot on Low setting.

After a few hours (2-3) add in the beans (drained & rinsed) and the tomatoes (with juices) and keep cooking on Low until dinner. You can shred the pork just prior to serving if you wish.

You may serve on tortillas, chips or whatever else you prefer. Neither is included in the nutritional information for this dish.
