Introduction

Ingredients

    mushroms about 2 cups raw chopped
    1 bell pepper chopped
    1 med onion chopped
    8 slices turkey bacon chopped
    1/2 c. 2 percent cheese shredded.

Directions

saute all veggies and bacon until done. Add eggs and egg substitute. Cook until almost done, and then sprinkle cheese on top. Put under broiler for about 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
