    Ground beef, lean, 13.9 oz (remove)
    *Organics Long Grain Brown Rice (dry), 0.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 136 grams (remove)
    Garlic, 2.8 grams (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 680 grams (remove)
    Bertolli Organic Olive Oil, Basil & Garlic Sauce, 2.5 cup


Cut 3 large peppers in half. Remove stems and insides. If they haven't been frozen, blanch first thing. If they're frozen, let them partially thaw before cutting. Cook brown rice according to pkg directions. Brown lean ground beef, chopped onions and garlic in a stainless steal skillet. Add 1/2 of the sauce and cooked rice. Stuff each pepper with the rice/beef mixture. Pour the rest of the sauce over top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. Uncover bake 15 more minutes.
