Ingredients

    Process almonds (or you can use cashews which make for a lighter colored ball that looks more like choc chip cookie dough) until fine.

    Add dates and pulse several times until cut up a bit. Add vanilla and coconut butter and process until dough forms a ball that rides around.

    Place choc chips in a large bowl and roll dough ball in chips. Using your hands work the dough so the chips are distributed throughout the dough.

    Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, scoop balls of dough and roll them in your hands to make them round. Store in airtight container if you don't eat them all!
