Ingredients

    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1 scoop SFH Pure Whey
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 t ground nutmeg
    1/4 t ground cloves
    1/2 t baking soda
    pinch of salt
    1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup melted coconut oil
    1 T honey (optional)
    1 t vanilla
    1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 400f.
Grease 6 muffin cups with coconut oil and set aside.
Whisk dry ingredients together breaking up any clumps in a bowl.
In a separate bowl whisk wet ingredients until well combined.
Add wet to dry until incorporated (might be some small lumps of flour and thats ok).
With a 1/3 cup scoop out batter and plop into muffin tin.
Sprinkle pecans on top.
Pop into oven and back about 20 minutes.
