  • I think this is one of my most favorite recipes to date. I'm not a huge fan of ground turkey so I used xtra lean hamburger instead. I make this dish on a regular basis now and there usually isn't any leftovers since hubby likes it so well also. - 12/13/07

  • This is so incredibly good! I substituted 8 oz. of salsa for one of the cans of the tomato sauce and used black beans instead of pinto. Topped it with some fresh diced tomatoes and scallions. The fiance couldn't even tell it was diet food! Will make this again for sure! - 11/7/07

  • I would love to try this but I am having a hard time finding reduced sodium taco seasoning. Are you able to find it in the regular grocery store? Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks - 11/3/07

  • Loved this recipe! Quick and easy. I used vegetarian crumbles in place of the ground turkey. I somehow missed the step of baking the crust alone first and it still came out good, I just baked it a bit longer. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe, I'll make it again and again! - 11/1/07
