Quick Stir-Fry with Shrimp and Asparagus Quick Stir-Fry with Shrimp and Asparagus

    Olive Oil, 0.50 tbsp
    Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp), 2 packet
    Asparagus, fresh, 9 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2")
    Mushrooms, fresh, 7 medium
    10 Medium Frozen Shrimp unpeeled with Tail On - 7 oz


Saute in pan with Olive Oil:

Shrimp and Asparagus, wait til Shrimp and Asparagus start to cook, add Mushrooms to cook.

Saute for 5 more minutes, add Teriyaki Sauce to Pan and let simmer and cook 5 more minutes.

Serve over rice or couscous.
