Introduction

easy meatloaf easy meatloaf
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lb package of ground chuck
    1/3 cup bread crumbs
    1 egg ( used organic )
    1/3 cup diced celery
    1/3 cup green pepper
    1/2 cup onion
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

preheat over or roaster to 375 degs.
mix all ingredients very well in a bowl
form into bread style loaf
place into roaster or baking pan
cook for 60 mins or untill well done check and add a little water if needed to keep from burning ( grass feed chuck has less fat )
cut into 10 slices


Serving Size: makes 10 4 oz slices
