Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 18 oz
    Flour, white, .5 cup
    Sherry, dry, 5 fl. oz
    Mushroom Gravy, 1 can
    Sour Cream, .5 cup
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 5 cup
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Put water on to boil

Cut the beef into strips

heat up frying pan with oil in

dip the beef into the flour

put the beef in frying pan and cook til slightly pink then add sherry

add the noodles into boiling water when ready cook 10 minutes then drain

add gravy and sour cream to the beef in frying pan

mix together with noodles in pot

may need to add a little milk /salt/ pepper depending on tastes
