Ingredients

    16 oz ground elk
    16 oz ground extra lean chicken
    6 oz sweat italian sausage
    1 5 oz can tomato paste
    1 large onion
    25 saltines crushed

Directions

scramble egg with paste then add meats, chopped onion and crushed crackers
bake in 425 oven until meat thermometer reads 180 degrees takes about 80 minutes in my oven

Serving Size: Makes 6 large or 8 medium servings
